Dorothea Hofmann (1961) nimmt Bezug zum Alchimisten, „Arcanum“ und zu alten Buchmalereien, „Drolerien“, (Cello solo). Wolfram Oettl (1962) bewegt sich mit „Präludium und Fuge“ zwischen Barock und Rock.
